Dr. Stem is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopaedic spine surgeon. He has dedicated more than two decades to providing quality care for patients. His practice has been relocated from Virginia where he most recently served as an assistant professor at Virginia Tech Carilion Spine and Scoliosis Fellowship.

Consultations are available for patients who are experiencing neck or back pain, considering surgery for the first time or seeking a second opinion. Dr. Stem provides diagnostic, non-surgical and surgical treatment for conditions affecting the spine. He uses a conservative and individualized approach to ensure the best results for each patient. He plays a vital role in alleviating pain, improving mobility and enhancing the patient’s overall quality of life.
